Bonjour Betrand, I just wanted to tell you I really enjoyed your cooking class. Thank you for sharing your professional knowledge and your excellent tips! I also love your newsletter! I share the same thoughts you have about holding
onto social and family traditions. You express your philosophy eloquently. Thinking about your tours to France, reminds me of my husband’s and my
love of travel and of our visiting France several times. I have been enamored
with the French people and culture; especially when we first visited a small
town in the South of France. Each morning was a joy for us to watch the hotel's
staff extend warm greetings to all the customers - and this was just one of many
similar experiences we've had touring this extraordinary country. Keep on sharing your newsletters and I hope to see you soon in one of your upcoming
cooking classes.
