Day 9 - Will find us visiting the Chateau de Meursault in mid-morning. Followed by lunch on our own in Beaune. The afternoon will be free to explore Beaune and its reknowned auspices. We'll return to the Hotel Moulin d'Hauterives and have dinner at Lameloise-Chagny, a 3 star Michelin restaurant that is just a twenty-five minute drive from the hotel.

Day 10 - We'll have a private visit of the Jean Baptiste Bordeaux-Montrieux winery in Mercurey whose owners are a family acquaintance of the de Boutray family. Jean Baptisite will then invite us to his Domaine Thenard for a tasting of the most prestigious burgundy wines including labels as Montrachet and Echezeau. We'll have lunch at the Restaurant La Regalade in Beaune and afterwards will depart for Lyon. We'll check into the Hotel Le Phoenix in Lyon and visit the Vieux Lyon district. Our farewell dinner will be in the old district of Lyon at Le Jardin de Sylvie.

Day 11 - The morning bids you goodbye with either transferring back to Paris by TGV for catching your flight back to the U.S. or fly out of Saint Exupery Lyon Airport or other destinations And in your luggage and your heart, I hope you will have treasured memories of your tour to France with Bertrand!
