If you would like to discover distinctive regions of France on your own, I will be happy to do all the planning for you so you can benefit from my expertise, experience and personal relationships with the staff of the same hotels and restaurants you would enjoy on one of my gastronomic tours. With your personalized itinerary in hand, you will have the luxury of taking my gastronomic tour - but designed exclusively for your own private trip. I am happy to provide my consulting services for a maximum of 4 persons at an a la carte fee per day - whether you want to stay 7, 10 or any number of days. I will make all the arrangements for you in France, excluding the costs of hotels, food and drink, car rentals or special activities. If you have any specific requests, just contact me and I will be happy to assist you.
